Resilient Power, a project of the Clean Energy Group, promotes the use of distributed energy resources like solar+batteries to make the electric system better able to deal with natural and man-made disasters. I helped them explore new opportunities in California and with the emergency management community.
The Green Ribbon Commission is an assemblage of civic leaders in Boston, working to achieve the City's aggressive climate action plan. With support from the Barr Foundationthey offered a prize to the institutional buyers that put together the best renewable energy procurement deal. I evaluated the effort and wrote a case study, to be released in May.
